File Links
The “File Links” content element displays a list of files that users can download, such as PDF forms, presentations, or documents.
Create a file links element - step-by-step
- Create a new content element of type “File Links”.
- Click “Add File”.
- The File Browser opens.
- Select the desired files from the file list.
- The selected files will appear in the element’s file list.
- Click “Save”.
Display options
| Option | Description |

| File Name | Displays only the file name without an icon. |
| File Name + Icon | Displays the file name with a file type icon (e.g., a PDF icon). |
| File Name + Thumbnail | Displays a thumbnail preview of the document. |
| Thumbnail + Lightbox | Clicking the thumbnail opens a full-screen preview. |
| Show File Size | Displays the file size next to the link. |
| Show Description | Displays a description text below the link. |
Metadata for individual files
Click a file in the list to configure file-specific settings:
- Title: Displays a custom link text instead of the file name (e.g., “Application Form 2026” instead of “form_2026_final_v3.pdf”).
- Description: A short explanation of what the file contains.
