Extensions
Extensions are special features that extend the core functionality of TYPO3. They integrate external data sources or provide specialized display options that cannot be achieved with standard content elements.
Privacy
The content of your website is publicly accessible. Make sure that any data retrieved by extensions from external systems (e.g., TUMonline) is also approved for public access.
Please always ensure that you are not logged in when searching for data in systems such as TUMonline. This helps you verify that the information is actually publicly available.
Additional extensions
These extensions must be requested either during the website setup process or, if they are not yet available, at a later stage.
CurlContent
CurlContent retrieves publications from mediaTUM or examination dates from TUMonline, among other things.
TUM MemberList
TUM MemberList retrieves employee information for a specific organisation from TUMonline.
TUMvCard
TUMvCard retrieves information about a person from TUMonline and presents it as a business card.
TUMFIS
TUMFIS is the central tool for presenting the research activities at the Technical University of Munich.
