Page / list module
Unlike in previous TYPO3 versions, the two modules Page and List differ in their range of functions.
Page module
You have to use this module if you want to create or edit new content elements. You cannot create pages with this module.
List module
You must use this module if you want to create or edit new pages.
View module
The View module creates a preview of the page in the workspace (in the backend). It also displays pages that are set to “hidden.”
Filelist module
Here you can upload files (e.g., PDFs, JPGs) that you want to embed in the website. Detailed information on this can be found on the File List page.
