Maps with BayernAtlas
The BayernAtlas is provided by the Bavarian State Ministry of Finance and Homeland. It offers a wide range of features, such as highly detailed map views.
Instruction
- Open the BayernAtlas.
- Enter the desired location in the search bar at the top (see image, no. 1).
- Go to the menu and click on "Share" (see image, no. 2).
- Read the terms of use carefully and agree to them. Click Preview (see image no. 3). In the pop-up window, you can copy the link (see image no. 4).
Note: There's no need to adjust the size, as these values will be entered directly in the "media2click" extension. - You will need to adjust the copied link, as you only need the part within the quotation marks (") after src=
- It’s best to copy the code into a text editor and cut out the highlighted section of the HTML code [ONLY_THIS_URL]:
<iframe src="[ONLY_THIS_URL]" [additional_data]></iframe> - This URL will serve as the basis for integrating the map into your website using the "iFrame with consent" function.
